Our range of standard flange and pressure vessel bolt tensioners, although highly engineered, offers the most versatile and simplest method of bolt tensioning.

These ranges cover all ASME B16.5, B16.47 Series A and B flanges (among others), with the possibility of covering great ranges of bolt diameters by just interchanging bridges, sockets and pullers. Without a doubt, these standard tensioners will cover almost all pressure vessel applications (heat exchangers, reactors, columns…); under some exceptions, regardless of all potential combinations of hydraulic heads, pullers, bridges and sockets, we have designed and manufactured specific models throughout the years for very restrictive non-standard applications which are available as standard equipment.

This family of tensioners has a unique system of assisted return, which improves the return process, maintaining dimensions identically to standard tensioners. It also has a NON-OVER STROKE system, which prevents the piston from over stroke, which avoids a very high percentage of incidents with Top Side tensioners.
