The Hybrid XT Personality Module (PM) is a sensor interface designed specifically for IceFree Hybrid XT Turbine Control Solutions. The PM converts the frequency output of the sensor to the signal that your wind turbine controller requires for wind speed and direction.
The type of output signal is selectable from a list of predefined sensor modes, which are available through a push button interface on the front of the PM.
Connections are made through pluggable terminal blocks. A two-digit display provides visual feedback on the status and operation of both the sensor and PM. A 15-amp fuse is provided for heater power. LED status lights indicate the presence of heater power (green) or a blown fuse (red).
