Our bolting courses for the Wind Industry are divided into five levels according to the degree of specialization. The Academy offers different training courses and certifications depending on the activities and responsibilities of the operators. Although we also offer personalized courses, we have standardized 5 types of programs that cover most of the industry's needs. All of them include practical training.
Certified bolting and sealing training with quality aligned to ASME PCC-1
We have trainers certified as Bolting Subject Matter Expert by ASME Appendix A by SGS, which ensures that we comply and align with the principles set out in PCC-1.

Assistant Bolting
Assembler
Level 1
- Aimed at anyone who will be assisting flanged joint fitters and whose future career is directed towards the mechanical assembly of piping systems and equipment in process plants.
- Duraction: 8 hours

Assembler
Level 2
- Aimed at mechanical fitters, who are involved in the assembly and disassembly of flanged joints as part of their work, and who have previously passed the online course "Assistant Bolting Assembler".
- Duration: online module 8 hours. On-site module 1 day
- Online and Face-to-Face Training

Inspector
Level 3
- Aimed at personnel who, without being directly involved in the assembly of the joint, must have the knowledge to inspect whether the flanged joint and its assembly meet the requirements necessary to ensure its integrity.
